  •  Hvordan åbner jeg min lønseddel, som jeg har modtaget pr. e-mail?
    Du skal åbne lønsedlen ved at bruge de sidste 4 cifre i dit cpr.nr.
  •  Hvordan melder omdeleren sig syg?
    Ved sygdom skal din distributionsleder kontaktes telefonisk så hurtigt som muligt, så vi kan finde en afløser til din rute. Vi accepterer ikke sygemeldinger via SMS eller mail.
  •  Hvordan melder omdeleren ferie?
    Hvis du skal have fri eller ferie, skal din distributionsleder kontaktes hurtigst muligt og senest 14 dage før. Der er andre deadlines i forbindelse med skoleferier, hvor der er mange omdelere som skal have fri på samme tid.
  •  Hvem kan vi kontakte, når kontoret er lukket?

  •  Hvornår skal der omdeles?
    Der er omdeling en eller to gange om ugen afhængigt af, hvor du bor. Stort set alle postnumre har både omdeling midt på ugen tirsdag / onsdag, samt i slutningen af ugen torsdag / fredag. Omdelingen midt på ugen skal være afsluttet senest onsdag kl. 19.00. Omdelingen i slutningen af ugen skal være afsluttet senest fredag kl. 20.00.
  •  Hvorfor er der adresser på omslagene?
    Tiden og vores kunder ønsker, at vi kan målrette reklamer til bestemte adresser. Sættene, som du skal omdele på din rute, kan derfor indeholde forskellige reklamer. Det er derfor meget vigtigt, at du omdeler det rigtige sæt reklamer til den rigtige adresse.
  •  Hvordan kan man ændre den rækkefølge reklamerne er pakket i?
    Det er en stor fordel for dig som omdeler, at reklamerne ligger pakket i præcis den rækkefølge, som du går din rute. Du kan selv rette rækkefølgen her på hjemmesiden.
  •  Hvorfor skal der slutmeldes?
    Det er vigtigt, at du slutmelder din rute efter hver omdeling, da vi bruger oplysningerne i vores ugentlige kvalitetsundersøgelser. Ruten skal slutmeldes her på hjemmesiden eller via SMS til 1914, så snart den er færdigomdelt.
  •  Hvor findes lønsedlen?
    Hvis du er under 15 år modtager du din lønseddel pr. mail. Er du over 15 år kan du finde din lønseddel i E-boks. Husk, der er lønudbetaling den sidste hverdag i måneden og løn-perioden går fra den 21. i en måned til den 20. i den efterfølgende måned.
  •  Hvordan bruger jeg mit frikort?
    Hvis du ikke har brugt dit frikort før, skal du huske at få det aktiveret hos SKAT på tlf. 7222 1818. Så snart frikortet er aktiveret, kan vi hente oplysningerne via nettet. Hvis du ikke får aktiveret dit frikort, kræver loven at du bliver trukket 55% i skat.
  •  Hvordan er omdelerne forsikret?
    Som omdeler hos os er du forsikret, mens du arbejder. Du er omfattet af en lovpligtig arbejdsskadeforsikring og en ansvarsforsikring. Arbejdsskadeforsikringen omfatter skade på din person sket ved en ulykke. Ulykken skal ske, mens du arbejder og være en følge af de forhold, arbejdet foregår under. Ansvarsforsikringen omfatter skader, du måtte påføre andre (person- og/eller tingskade), under udførelsen af dit arbejde. Sker der en skade, skal du straks kontakte din distributionsleder og informere om det. Det er en god idé at skrive tid og sted ned og evt. tage et billede af skaden, hvis det er muligt. Påtag dig aldrig ansvaret for skaden, men henvis til FK Distribution og vores forsikringsselskab.
  •  Hvordan får omdeleren udbetalt feriepenge?
    Feriepenge udbetales af Feriekonto. Beløb under 1.500 kr. udbetales automatisk, hvis det er til en Nemkonto. Ved spørgsmål kontakt Feriekonto på telefon 7011 4910.
  •  Hvordan kommunikerer vi med omdelerne?
    Meget kommunikation foregår her på hjemmesiden. Vi sender også en del informationer via SMS, og det er derfor vigtigt, at vi altid har dit korrekte telefonnummer. Som omdeler kan du selv opdatere telefonnummer og mail her på siden.
  •  Hvordan siger man op?
    Når du ikke længere ønsker at omdele for NORDJYSKE Mediers Distribution skal du kontakte din distributionsleder eller depotleder. Her aftaler I sammen, hvornår du skal omdele sidste gang. Husk du har en opsigelsesfrist - tjek fristen i din ansættelsesaftale.

  •  How do I open my paycheck, which I have received by e-mail?
    You must open the paycheck using the last 4 digits of your social security number.
  •  What do I do if I get sick?
    In case of illness you must contact your distribution leader by telephone as soon as possible, so that we can find a replacement for your route. We do not accept sick reports via SMS or e-mail.
  •  How do I apply for a holiday?
    If you want to take days off or have a holiday, contact your distribution leader as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days before. There are other deadlines during school holidays, when many deliverers will be away from work at the same time.
  •  Who do I contact when the office is closed?

  •  When does distribution take place?
    There are deliveries twice a week. Some postal codes get midweek deliveries on Tuesdays, while others get them on Wednesdays. Midweek distribution must be completed at the latest by 20.00. The distribution day is stated in your contract. On weekends you can only distribute on Fridays, the route has to be delivered however at the latest by Friday at 21 O’clock.
  •  Why are there addresses on advertisement sets?
    These days it is our customers’ wish that we target advertisements to specific addresses. The sets that you distribute on your route can therefore contain different types of advertisements. It is very important that you deliver the right set of advertisements to the right address. See the video: Click here
  •  Can I change the order in which the advertisements are packed?
    It is a great advantage for you as a deliverer that the advertisements are packed precisely in the order in which you go through the route. You can change the packaging order yourself here on our website – check Packaging order: Click here.
  •  Why do I have to report Route Completed?
    It is important that you report Route Completed after each delivery, as we use the information in our weekly quality surveys. The route must be reported as completed by sending an SMS to 1914 or here on the webpage, as soon as the distribution is completed.
  •  Where do I find my paycheck?
    You can find your paycheck here - Paychecks. Remember that salary is paid on the 10th of every month.
  •  How does the tax exemption card work?
    If you have not used your tax exemption card (frikort) before, remember to get it activated at SKAT using telephone number 7222 1818. As soon as the tax exemption card is activated, we can retrieve the information via the Internet. If you do not get your tax exemption card activated, the law requires you to be charged 55% in tax.

  •  How am I insured as a deliverer?
    As our deliverer you are insured while you work. You are covered by compulsory industrial injuries insurance and liability insurance. The industrial injuries insurance covers you for injuries sustained in accidents. The accident must occur while you are working and be a consequence of the conditions in which the work is carried out. The liability insurance covers the damage you might cause others (personal and/or property damage) while carrying out your work. If damage occurs, you must notify your distribution leader promptly. It is a good idea to write down the time and place, and take a picture of the damage if possible. Never assume that you are at fault for the damage - instead refer to FK Distribution and our insurance company.

    We also have a safety representative in the office, whom you can always contact during our office hours. Only the insurance company/the National Board of Industrial Injuries can determine whether damage is covered or not. Damage to personal belongings such as clothes, mobile phones and bicycles is covered by your family’s insurance.

    We recommend that your family obtains a leisure time / accident insurance for you. If you have an unpleasant experience on your route while delivering, both you and your loved ones can be offered psychological counselling through our insurance.
    Make sure you report all damages – it’s for your own good!

  •  How do I get paid vacation allowance?
    Holiday allowance is paid out by Feriekonto. Amounts below DKK 1.500 get paid out automatically, if it is transferred to a Nemkonto. If you have questions you can contact Feriekonto on the telephone 7011 4910.
  •  How do we communicate with our deliverers?
    Much of the communication with you, the deliverers, happens here through the website. We also send some information via SMS however, and it is therefore important that we always have your correct telephone number. As a deliverer you can update your phone number and e-mail address yourself here: Basic data.
  •  What if I want to quit my job as a deliverer?
    As a deliverer at FK Distribution you have a resignation period when quitting your job, which is also stated in your employment contract. Your resignation notice should be given to your distribution leader via e-mail or telephone.
  •  What is NejTak+?
    NejTak+ is a service for households that have registered with the ”Nej Tak” system.
    When a household joins NejTak+, it can choose which advertisements it wants to receive. With NejTak+, you can put together your advertisement set yourself.

    These households receive special advertisement sets, and in order to make it easy for you, we have chosen to package them in a white cover with a different looking front and back, which can be distinguished from the covers of the “usual advertisement sets”.
  •  ”Nej tak” label on the mailbox – what do I do?
    Some households choose to say ”Nej Tak” (”no thank you”) to receiving advertisements and newspapers. If a household says ”Nej Tak”, they will have one of these stickers on their mailbox. It makes it visible for you as a deliverer that the household must not receive anything from us.

    There is however one slight exception: A household that is enrolled in NejTak+ will automatically be registered to the "Nej Tak" system, and will therefore in most cases have a "Nej Tak" label on the mailbox. You must of course deliver the addressed NejTak+ sets to these households.
