Follow-up on Workplace assessment / well-being survey

First of all a big thank you to all of you who took the time to answer our Workplace assessment / well-being survey in the period 12-24. October 2022.
During the period, we received 174 responses and many of you have commented positively on various things, which give us valuable input in relation to our further work.

Subsequently all responses will be reviewed, and it will be assessed whether action should be taken to improve some conditions. For example, due to your suggestions, it has been decided to make improvements to the trailer. This has already been ordered from the supplier.
Action plans are made in collaboration between distribution leaders, distribution managers and the working environment representative.

Remember that you can always contact your distribution leader if you have questions or experience problems with your equipment, your deliveries or during your route.
Our Workplace assessment is also available throughout the year, and you will always have the option to register via the survey.
