During the period 12 October – 25 October 2021 all distributors have had the opportunity to answer a number of questions about well-being and engagement at work.
A total of 413 distributors have clicked on the survey and 338 have answered the 6 core questions within topics such as collaboration, communication, on-boarding and well-being at work in general. Thanks to all of you who took the time to answer the questions!
We are generally very satisfied with the number of responses, which has increased significantly this year. In general, the result is positive. For instance, 90% of the participants state that they generally enjoy their work at Det Nordjyske Mediehus. At the same time, we have received valuable feedback, which we will use in our work with well-being and engagement.
This year’s survey, also included a question regarding sexual harassment and threats, with an invitation to add an anonymous comment, if one have experienced anything, or to contact e.g. the work environment representative or management. This is in line with our behavioral policy, which helps to ensure a good working environment with dialogue, mutual respect and good behavior as key words.
Action plans will now be made for selected focus areas. At the same time, we want to encourage everyone to continue to focus on ongoing dialogue and feedback in everyday work life.
