Nominated candidates for the concern boards

By the deadline for submission of candidacies, the Group and Election Committee has received nominations for 7 candidates. The nominations are distributed as follows:

Det Nordjyske Mediehus:
Martin Bang (Company Representative)

Frederik M. Overgaard (Company Representative)
Trine Thylkjær Asp (Company Representative)
Steffen de Vries (Company Representative)

All candidates who have not nominated themselves have been contacted by the Election Committee to ensure that they wish to stand for election.

Uncontested election

Based on the nominations, the Election Committee has established that for the position of Group Representative on the board of Aalborg Stiftstidendes Fond, no more candidates have been nominated than the number of available seats.
This means that the conditions for an uncontested election have been met, and the voting process for this position is therefore cancelled.

Accordingly, Jakob Frey will join the board of Aalborg Stiftstidendes Fond as Group Representative at the next board meeting.

Upcoming elections

For the remaining candidates, elections will be held as previously announced:
From Wednesday, 12 November at 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, 13 November at 4:00 p.m.

The Election Committee will review the election results on 14 November 2025, after which the results will be published.

Candidate presentations

All candidates have the opportunity to prepare a short presentation of themselves, explaining the background for their candidacy.
The presentation must be sent to HR at hr@dnmh.dk no later than 23 October 2025.

The presentations will be published on 29 October on the intranet as well as on omdeler.nordjyske.dk and budzonen.dk, making them available to everyone who wishes to learn more about the candidates.
