An election has been held for the work environment organization. At Det Nordjyske Mediehus, one representative was to be elected for each of the work environment groups “Kystvej/Distribution” and “Editorial/Sales/Shared” for the 3-year term from September 23, 2025 – September 22, 2028. Likewise, for Nordiske Medier, one representative was to be elected for the work environment group “Copenhagen and Odense.” The candidate in each respective group who receives the most votes is elected for the period.

Election results
After the deadline, the election committee met and reviewed the votes received.

The overall voter turnout ended at 66% in Det Nordjyske Mediehus A/S, 20% for Kystvej/Distribution, and 70% in Nordiske Medier A/S.
Among the nominated candidates, the distribution of votes resulted in the following candidates being elected:

For the three-year period, Jeppe Kjær Nielsen joins the work environment group “Editorial/Sales/Shared,” while Daniel Bekby joins the work environment group “Kystvej/Distribution” for Det Nordjyske Mediehus A/S. For Nordiske Medier A/S, Evin Kara joins the work environment group “Copenhagen/Odense.” Lone Hougaard was elected unopposed as work environment representative for the work environment group “Aalborg/Århus.”

In both Det Nordjyske Mediehus A/S and Nordiske Medier A/S, all representatives are included
in their respective Work Environment Committees.

The management representatives will soon invite the new employee representatives to a kickoff
meeting, and they will likewise be enrolled in the mandatory work environment training.
