Anders Andersen
I am passionate about my work and my colleagues—and I believe we deserve the best environment to thrive.
To me, a good work environment is about safety, collaboration, well-being, and room for diversity.
As a journalist, I am accustomed to listening and asking questions. I will use this experience to view situations from multiple perspectives and find solutions.
I am committed to actively engaging in both the psychological and physical aspects of the work environment, working towards a workplace where everyone feels heard, respected, and eager to be.
Jeppe Kjær Nielsen
Hi, I’m Jeppe. I’m a journalist at Seriesport, where I produce video content, podcasts, and aaaaall sorts of other things. In my daily work, I have extensive contact with various departments in the building, which makes me deeply invested in a well-functioning work environment and constructive collaboration between them.
The availability of open spaces in the office creates an incredibly healthy and enjoyable work atmosphere, which I aim to cultivate even further.I genuinely enjoy hearing about my colleagues’ work and, equally important, how they’re doing, as it fosters an open dialogue about what we can do to improve.
Having built a broad network within the company, my colleagues can trust that I will represent their interests if any issues arise.
I maintain a positive and cheerful approach to my work because I believe it’s possible to have fun while being professional and thorough. Additionally, I love learning and improving, so I’m ready to tackle the occupational health and safety legislation head-on.
I hope you’ll consider me as your next health and safety representative.
Lise Stenbro
My name is Lise Stenbro. I’m a journalist and I’m running for the position of health and safety representative for Editorial, Sales & Common at Det Nordjyske Mediehus on Østre Havnegade.
Over the years, I have gained several years of experience as an HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) representative—both here and at Langagervej—and I remain passionate about contributing positively to our shared work environment and well-being. In a daily reality filled with constant change and restructuring, the need for this has never been greater—whether it’s about workplace layout, tools, or initiatives that help reduce stress and sick leave and make the workplace a better place for everyone. This work requires collaboration across employees, management, and departments, and that’s why I believe it’s beneficial to vote for someone who knows the system, the rules, and the relevant forums from the inside.
”Kystvejen/Distribution” Det Nordjyske Mediehus A/S
Daniel Bekby
My name is Daniel Bekby. I’m 35 years old and live in Hirtshals. I’m the father of two boys aged 10 and 12, whom I have every other weekend.
I’ve worked at Nordjyske Mediehus for a year and a half, where I handle my regular tasks while also pursuing my passion for photography—a hobby I also practice as a freelance photographer in my spare time. A lot of my time is spent taking and editing photos, often focusing on the lives and stories I encounter through my work in the media house.
My background is diverse: I’m a trained truck driver, have worked as a security guard, and have experience in union work as the former deputy chairman of 3F Youth. For two years, I helped fight for young people’s voices and rights.
What can I bring as a health and safety representative?
I’m passionate about creating a safe, open, and fair work environment where everyone feels heard and seen.
Mads Nørgaard
I would like to run as a health and safety representative for the Distribution at Det Nordjyske Mediehus.
My name is Mads Nørgaard. I’m 48 years old and have over 20 years of seniority in Distribution, where I work as a morning deliverer, advertisement deliverer, and depot manager in Aalborg.
My priorities are:
• Lower stress levels for the delivery staff
• Better employee retention
• Improved training for new couriers
• Higher prioritization of the distribution department
”København/Odense” Nordiske Medier A/S
My name is Charlotte H. Flittner.
I have worked at Nordiske Medier for three years—first with Projektagenten and now in the Subscription department.
I am running for the role of health and safety representative because I want to make a difference, and I believe this is one of the areas where I can contribute the most with my wide range of skills. I’ve always been interested in workplace health and safety, and I have previously served as a health and safety representative in other roles, including at Danske Bank, North Media, and Krak.
My experience has taught me that a healthy work environment is not just about having a safe chair to sit in from morning to afternoon. It’s about safety, well-being, and most importantly, job satisfaction.
I believe it’s essential that everyone is heard so that we, as a team, can function at our best. That’s why I’m happy to take the lead—with energy, initiative, and empathy—to help build a healthy and motivating work environment and foster cross-departmental collaboration. I want us to benefit from each other’s strengths and positive energy.
I aim to be a voice for all of you—my colleagues—ensuring that everyone is heard and that we find solutions together based on established guidelines.
As a health and safety representative, my clear goal is to create an open dialogue where everyone feels encouraged to share their input—and where no voice is considered more important than another.
I want to work toward making sure we all have the right tools and framework in place to grow, thrive, and feel good at work.
WORK SHOULD BE FUN AND SAFE.
Evin Kara
My name is Evin Kara, and I have been part of Nordiske Medier for over six years.
Throughout my time in the sales department in Copenhagen, I have greatly appreciated the collaboration between departments and cherished the strong sense of community we share.
I am running for the position of health and safety representative because I am passionate about creating the best framework for well-being, safety, and growth in the workplace.
I want to serve as a voice for my colleagues in advertising sales—working to address challenges and collaborating closely with management to ensure a healthier, safer, and more meaningful daily experience for everyone.
I hope to earn your support and look forward to making a difference.
Nicklas Engholt
I would like to stand for the position of health and safety representative.
My name is Nicklas Engholt, and I work in sales at Projektagenten.
I want to serve as a representative because I am already part of our informal open-space committee—a small group that works to make our sales area a great environment to work in.
This means I already have insight into the entire sales area. I see excellent opportunities to further improve the general work environment at Mimersgade.
I hope to be considered!
